COVID-19: Current regulations in the FORUM STADTPARK

When visiting an exhibition in FORUM STADTPARK, the 10 m² per visitor rule still applies. Accordingly, a maximum of 16 persons may be present in the exhibition room at the same time.

During the stay in the building, a distance of at least one meter must be maintained from persons who do not live in the same household and a respiratory protection mask of protection class FFP2 must be worn.

COVID-19: Current regulations in the FORUM STADTPARK

For events applies:

Access authorization: Visitors are only allowed to enter the house with a valid proof of a low epidemiological risk (tested / vaccinated / recovered). Registration is mandatory.

Registration Requirement: The Responsible Party shall collect contact information for contact tracing purposes from individuals who are expected to be at the location of the event/meeting for more than 15 minutes. These include:

  • first and last names
  • the telephone number and, if available, the e-mail address.
  • The date and time of entry must also be documented.
    In the case of groups of visitors consisting exclusively of persons living in the same household, the disclosure of the data of only one of these persons is sufficient.
    The data may only be processed for the purpose of contact-traicing and will be deleted after 28 days.

If there are still free places, registration is also possible on site. Pre-registration is valid until 15 minutes before the event starts.
